Each tutor is trained in cultural safety to support Indigenous students in their learning journey. Tutors are equipped with tools and techniques to mentor students effectively and create safe, supportive learning spaces. This helps tutors foster empowering relationships with students and their families.

Modules

We use a combination of online modules, synchronous workshops, and group discussions.

Our training is approximately 6 hours long, including self-paced modules.

Other Resources

Volunteers have access to additional resources and check-ins to ensure they feel supported throughout their journey.
